When can I expect my order to ship and arrive?
We do our best to ship within 5 to 7 business days. Delivery time will vary depending on your region and the shipping method chosen.

- Priority Shipping via Canada Post
Is local pick up available?
You may select local pickup when checking out. Local Pickup is available in Lincoln, New Brunswick.
Do you ship internationally?
We only offer shipping within Canada at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at viveranaturalcosmetics@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
My order arrived and the contents are damaged. What do I do?
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at viveranaturalcosmetics@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
